7. The “No” Diet
The “no” diet is a diet that prides itself on not being a diet. Instead, it focuses on making sure you eat what nature put on your plate, as opposed to processed, high-fat, high-salt, and high-sugar foods manufactured in a plant.
It’s called the “no” diet because it has no set rules. Instead, it follows the idea that eating healthily should not be a diet, rather a natural process to keep your body as pure as a temple.
