5. Cabbage
Vegetables in the cruciferous family – cabbage, Brussel sprouts, broccoli – are super healthy, but they can cause bloating. If you eat a lot of these, you’ll probably be gassy and bloated. While it is only temporary, you might not want to eat these just before slipping into a slinky dress or a swim suit.
Cruciferous vegetables should be part of a healthy diet. Just regulate how much, what they are topped with, and when you eat them.
